Blueocean Metal And Plastic HK Limited is a company that provides design and manufacturing service for plastic injection molds, plastic injection parts, and CNC machining parts.

Our business scope includes automotive accessories, consumer electronics, house appliances, office appliances, etc.

Since the establishing of Blueocean Metal And Plastic HK Limited in 2011, we have kept focusing on plastic injection mold manufacturing and parts, and CNC machining production fields

Our detailed services are as follows:

1. Plastic injection molds:

Customers need to provide the parts drawing ( 2D and 3D drawing ) and detailed requirements for the molds, such as feed systems ( hot or cold runner ), mold life requirements, mold components standard requirements ( China standard, or DEM, HASCO equivalent. )
All the mold design and manufacturing work will be done by Blueocean and Blueocean's reliable qualified suppliers. .
We have advanced mold design software and our engineers have rich experience in mold design and manufacturing.
Every Friday, Blueocean will provide the mold fabrication process report to customers with the photos of the molds.
In each mold test, we will also provide the FAI dimension report within 3 days to customers for the checking.

2. Plastic injection molding:

Blueocean has a plastic injection molding department also. We provide the molding service which needs the injection machines from 60 tons to 800 tons.
For the molding parts, under our suppliers cooperation, we also provide the second operation work, such as the painting, chrome plating, etc.

3. CNC Machining:

We provide the CNC milling and CNC lathe cutting service for metal parts.
The metal material can be iron, steel, SS steel, aluminum, brass.
